Congratulations to Brock P. for winning his first event in his first tournament!  Joe G. came just shy of winning his 3rd event and finished in 2nd place. Barb J. claimed the bounty on Mikie II and Bob Simons claimed the bounty on Ike C..  The entire results are posted on the Event History page. 

Some other interesting notes from the tournament:

• We had two no-shows and two new players.
• This tournament lasted a little longer than the last.  Look for a few more blind tweaks and possibly a later starting time.

Some other interesting notes from the tournament:

• We had zero no-shows and four new players!
• The adjustments to the blind and break lengths seem to have worked.  We started 15 minutes late, had more players than we have had in the past and still ended at 11:00pm.  There may be a chance the start time will be changed as a result and will notify everyone if that occurs. 
• Side game sounded exciting.  As I understand it there was a lot of blind action occuring.
• Special thanks to Steve L. for his wiring skills.  The laptop had a major power issue and Steve saved the day!
